The Challenge

Buytea.com is an initiative by Wagh Bakri group as their ecommerce store for tapping audience out of their geographical presence. With buytea.com they drastically increased their reach, not just in India but worldwide.

Strategy

An ecommerce store buytea.com was created and all products from the portfolio was kept for sale on the website. This widened the audience to a much larger level geographically. After the launch, the other major challenge was shipping and the order delivery time.

The processes were initially planned in a way that 3 level approvals were needed to process the order before shipping from different departments. A simultaneous execution of these processes was set and hence the total delivery time was reduced to 2-4 days.
