Teaphoria is an Australian based specialty loose-leaf tea company committed to providing only the highest quality products, at an affordable price. All of the teas are hand-picked from high altitude environments which have been recognized for their increased levels of antioxidants. The teas are sourced from estates that meet only the highest social and environmental standards.

The Challenge

They had a very traditional approach when it came to setting up the sales channel. Also the company did not have the creative line ups following the brand guidelines and hence not in order.


Right from the logo to the complete product portfolio was strategized and designed for Teaphoria. For sales, an online as well an offline channel was designed. Campaigns were run to increase the number of inquiries.
