Suvarnakala was started in 1985 as a wholesale firm and have now plunged into the retail segment. They already had 2 stores and coming up with the 3rd one in Ahmedabad. Already being a trusted brand in Ahmedabad, where the market is too competitive, their major challenge was to increase daily footfalls and hence sales. Also the marketing they were doing was not following the brand guidelines completely.
