Suvarnakala was started in 1985 as a wholesale firm and have now plunged into the retail segment. They already had 2 stores and coming up with the 3rd one in Ahmedabad. By spreading its wings, it has started an unstoppable journey, which will certainly led it to the top most position to prepare ornaments in Gold, Diamond and Jadtar. Suvarnakala has purely understood that the ornaments is the only adore of a woman. So, obviously they consider “suvarnakala” as “The Pride Of A Woman”.

The Challenge

Already being a trusted brand in Ahmedabad, where the market is too competitive, their major challenge was to increase daily footfalls and hence sales. Also the marketing they were doing was not following the brand guidelines completely.

Strategy

A complete 360 degree marketing plan was devised keeping the brand guidelines in mind and is being executed well. A celebrity brand endorser Dhvanit was brought in to increase customer engagement and keep the trust moving. Round the year various offers/campaigns were introduced and has been receiving good response. The overall sales targets have also been set and be achieved.
